GF75 Thin 9SC

Hi Everyone, I have the GF75 Thin 9SC with a Crucial 2TB 2.5" SSD and a Seagate Firecuda 510 2TB NVMe. They were both fitted in when the machine was new. The machine has had so many BSOD's that I couldn't even begin to count them. The machine has been back to the shop twice and still has the problem. I found out for myself that the RAM, that the shop fitted for me, was the wrong speed 3000 instead of the max 2666 that the machine can use. I replaced it with 2666 and the difference was amazing much better than before but I still get the blue screens. The BSOD does not generate a report or restart the machine it just locks up and I have to power it down and restart manually. I think I might have a setting wrong in my BIOS. When I search through the D: drive (the Firecuda) the system locks up and then gives the blue screen. If I remove the Firecuda the machine will not start up even when I set the SATA Mode into AHCI or INTEL RAID. Has any body got any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
